I do find that a little hypocritical too. All these politicians and activists want to preach to us about saving the planet, but then they go and fly in their private jets and drive their expensive cars that get like 14 miles to the gallon. They should lead by example too not just word of mouth.

If everyone can afford it they should - wait, there is a company starting where everyone will be able to fly in a private jet for the same price as flying on a conventional aircraft! so, yes.

harold, your question is moot and insignificant, the government grants you talk of are reserved for bailouts of companies like chrysler, and defense contractors. kinda like rich mans welfare.
