Yes, Singaporean can be allowed to own a private jet or private helicopter. Just apply for license and approval from the LTA to have it in Singapore.

Yes they can be privately owned. BUT even if you have a huge house with enough land to park ur air vehicals, the government will not allow that. all private planes and helicopters have to be parked in a government owned land (eg youth flying club). cuz you cant just lift off and fly away directly from your home. LTA has nothing to do with helicopters or planes. the ‘LAND transport authorities’ are only in charge of vehicles that cant fly.
