Starting a European Jet Charter business?

Hi all, am new to this site and was wondering if any of you could help on this topic. Am in the process of starting a private jet charter business based in europe, and was wondering if any of you could suggest any online sites that I could visit to get a better idea of how to set up the “back office” in order to take care of admin and paperwork. Or any advice or sites to setting up a brokerage? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all!
Sorry…I should add that I mean a “brokerage” not as an operator.

Honest with ya, you’re going to need more than you can get from a free website. I’d seriously consider hiring or taking on as a partner someone who’s been in that business before.

If you need to ask those questions on here you have no hope of starting any kind of jet charter business. The requirements for the “back office” as you put it are all set out in the regulations that you will need to know back-to front and inside-out! Contact the CAA or regulatory authority for your home base country.
I hope no-one I know ever comes to you for a job!
