Why did the Denver Airport set up a ‘private-jet hotline’ for delegates to the ‘Greenest Convention Ever’ ?

One of the great themes of the Democratic Convention will be ‘climate change’. Americans will hear endless speeches on the need to reduce oil consumption, cut car journeys, curb aviation.

So I couldn’t help being amused when I read that all 271 limousines in Denver have been booked solid for the week.

And Denver Airport has set up a special hotline for all the delegates expected to fly in by private jet. That’s what I call an inconvenient truth.

Because that’s the way most of them will be flying into Denver - private jet. Oh well, they’ll just have to buy more carbon credits from big Al’s company….

Gotta be fair on this one Rev.

That’s set up so the FAA can have enough ATCs for peak times. It’s an air safety thing.

As far as it being “green”. I’ll leave that to the masses.

Rev- Don’t you realize that the democrats in government want us to do as they say not as they do? I live near Al Gore. He uses 20 times the normal homes electricity, he drives around town in limo’s, has a huge gas guzzling boat, & flies on a private jet. People are stupid enough to believe that he believes his own lies. (Remember, this is the man who invented the internet?). It’s all about the power & the money!
